Dr. Richard Marshall

Dr. Richard Marshall earned both bachelor and master degrees from Gannon University where he majored in History and Social Science respectively.  He earned an Ed.D. in Clinical Studies and Reading from West Virginia University, Morgantown in 1982 and in 1992 earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia, Athens. He is currently an Associate Professor at the University of South Florida in Lakeland. In addition to teaching, he is the founder and a co-director of the Applied Neuroscience and Cognitive Electrophysiology Lab. He is a licensed school psychologist with specialty training in pediatric and adolescent neuropsychology and he maintains a small private practice specializing in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with severe emotional, behavioral, and learning disorders.
