Mini Grant

Description of Mini-Grant

The Colorado Society of School Psychologists has a mini-grant program designed to support new practitioners. The CSSP New Practitioner Mini-Grant is completely dependent on private donations and proceeds from the CSSP silent auction held at the annual fall conference. For the 2014-2015 school year, $800 is available for mini-grants, with maximum amount awarded per grant of $400. Mini-grant funds may be used for the following purposes: materials to support direct instruction in a classroom; education and training materials; relevant professional development activities/workshops; assessment materials, items which help meet the basic needs of children; therapeutic curricula; video tapes and/or games; and books for children. Grants may not be used for CSSP fall conference registration fees.
